Fun Presentation

Facilitating events always looks simple and straightforward at first glance. One person or a team of facilitators lead through an event, visualize the essential aspects and make sure that the boundary conditions are right so that the participants can concentrate on working out the results.

However, it is not quite that simple and anyone who has ever planned a major event knows that planning and organization have an enormous impact on the success of the event.

On the one hand, all organizational aspects must be met 100%, such as :

  • Location

  • Time and scope

  • In-person / Hybrid / Digital

  • Agenda

  • Invitations

  • Catering for face-to-face events

  • Technical equipment

  • Moderation materials

On the other hand, it must be ensured that the workshop or event is productive and that the group is equipped to achieve the best possible result. A variety of moderation formats are also available for this purpose. But here, too, it is important to clarify which methodology is the right one.

  • Appreciative Inquiry

  • Bar Camp

  • Fish Bowl

  • Open Space

  • Sounding Board

  • World Cafe

... or rather a classical facilitation?

Should the facilitation include agile elements, as in Design Thinking or LEGO Serious Play, or which facilitation method is the right one?

In this context, too, it is important to ensure that the right materials and all other necessary resources are available for the right moderation method.

I will be happy to support you in all moderation processes and carry them out for you.

You would rather moderate yourself? No problem.

Of course I can also design workshops and events for you and create digital whiteboards.

Feel free to contact me.
